Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Saturday will ship out Monday.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free standard shipping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:

Go to the homepage and click on your name
Click on "Order History"
Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
Click on the tracking link that appears below each item
COUNTRY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we ship only in the US and Canada. You are responsible for the customs and duties incurred.
We are unable to ship breakable items, like candles and ceramics, at this time. Don’t see your country listed? Email us at support@cosmotekcollege.comand we will look into shipping to your country in the future.
Shipping fee to Canada is a flat rate of $20. Additionally, international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees. The customer will be notified of these charges when the shipment arrives in the home country
