We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product.
The product you wish to return:
- Can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online Return Form (hyperlink to that button) available on the US Site within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product; by completing and submitting our online return form you will receive your Return Number;
- Must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, saleable, unwashed, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Must have the Amzinga refund tag still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
- Must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
- Must be sent in its original packaging;
- Return items must be shipped back to Amzinga within fifteen (15) days of the date of delivery;
- Must be sent in one single shipment: products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;
- And must be shipped from the United States;
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box; (NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.);
Amzinga reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. If you send the package with our shipping courier, return shipping costs charged to the customer will correspond to $6.95. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Amzinga. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Amzinga will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion.
SALES OF VINTAGE, BEACHWEAR, UNDERWEAR AND ANY ITEMS FROM THE SAMPLE SALE AREA ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE OTHER NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.
Returning Large/Heavy Merchandise
A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Amzinga Site. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
AMZINGA OFFERS NO REFUNDS ON VINTAGE, BEACHWEAR, UNDERWEAR, ITEMS FROM THE SAMPLE SALE AREA AND ON ANY OTHER MERCHANDISE DESIGNATED ON THE US SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
All our articles of merchandise come with a refund tag. Please try on your item before removing the refund tag, since we do not accept returns once the return tag has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Shoes come with a sticker under the sole; if you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.
Amzinga "AmzingaMoney" Store Credit Refunds
If you want to receive store credit ("AmzingaMoney") instead of having your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account, you must select the corresponding box on the Return Form.
If all steps for returning your item and electing to receive AmzingaMoneyare followed, then AMZINGA will issue AmzingaMoney in the amount of the original purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling costs. While AMZINGA endeavors to issue the AmzingaMoney as soon as possible upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to 14 business days from the date your returned item is received at our warehouse to process your AmzingaMoney. AMZINGA will send you an e-mail confirmation when your AmzingaMoney is issued, indicating the amount of such credit.
Low-Cost Return Shipping using Amzinga’s Pre-addressed shipping Label:
Your return can be sent to us by our chosen shipping carrier, by using the preprinted label, and $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to account for such return shipping costs. Please visit our shipper drop-off location nearest to you.
Complimentary Return Shipping:
We offer Free Return Service using Amzinga’s preprinted return label to MyAmzingaaccount holders who elect to receive an Amzinga.com Store Credit in lieu of a refund in the form of their original payment method. Registered users may indicate on their return form that they wish to receive Amzinga.com Store Credit instead of a refund, and AMZINGA will not deduct the $6.95 Return Fee for return shipping with the pre-printed return label.
Returns using a Courier of Your Choice:
If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your merchandise. Return items must be given back to the courier within twenty (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
